The process confronts traditional methods with digital forms, searching for a new material intersection between designing and making.

We work closely with the artisan to iterate on the form so that it will operate within the parameters of the material. This means always pushing the boundary of what the form and the fabricator are willing to do. The result becomes a hybrid between man and machine, material and form, art and production.
